The Lotus Journey

“I help women stop performing strength and start living from it.”
Maybe nothing is “wrong"
But something may no longer feel like you.
You may have built a family, a career, relationships and a life full of responsibilities. You have been dependable, capable and needed. And yet somewhere between all the roles you learned to carry, quieter questions may have started appearing.
Who am I outside the roles I perform?
What do I actually want from this stage of my life?
What have I outgrown, even if I have not admitted it yet?
How do I trust my own decisions without guilt?
What could my next season look like?
“You do not need to erase your past or become an entirely different person to begin again. The years you have lived are part of the foundation from which your next season can grow.”

Meet the founder
Warm. Direct. Honest.
Grounded in lived experience.
Nammitta’s path to coaching grew through twenty-five years as an educator, mentor and the person people often came to when they needed more than an academic answer.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education. Across years of teaching and mentoring, people consistently describe her ability to build confidence, simplify what feels complicated, encourage critical thinking and help others stand by their decisions with greater conviction.
Her own seasons of change and reinvention shape a coaching style that is compassionate without avoiding the truth — reflective, practical and deeply human.
She does not coach from a textbook alone. She coaches from a life.
Ways to work together
Choose the depth of support that fits where you are now
The right starting point is not automatically the longest programme. It is the format that gives you enough space and support for what you genuinely want to work through.
Begin here
Discovery Call
An initial conversation to understand what is bringing you here, what you want support with and whether coaching together feels like the right fit.
8 sessions + full day
The Full Bloom Intensive
An extended coaching journey combining eight one-to-one sessions with a full-day intensive for deeper reflection and focused work.
Focused support
Single / Seed Sessions
Choose a standalone coaching conversation or the focused two-hour Seed Session when you need space around a specific question or decision.
Continuing & group support
More Ways to Work Together
Monthly Maintenance, The Lotus Gift, The Honest Letter Review, and Private or Public Webinars are available depending on the type of support required.
The flagship programme
The Lotus Journey
Most growth doesn't fail in the good weeks. It fails the first time you slip back.
Here's what most coaching won't tell you: the insight isn't the hard part. Sticking with it is. You already know, somewhere, what you need to stop doing. What you've never had is a real plan for the day you do it anyway.
The Lotus Journey is built backward from that exact moment. Across eight sessions — moving through Earth, Water, and Sky — you don't just talk about change. You leave holding three things you can actually use: your Manifesto, your Anchor, and your Come-Back Protocol — the one tool almost no programme gives you, for the one moment almost every programme ignores.
Three Things You'll Walk Away Holding
01
Your Manifesto
A written declaration of who you are now, in your own words.
02
Your Anchor
A five-minute daily practice, built by you, tested against your worst day.
03
Your Come-Back Protocol
An exact plan for the moment you slip back, so a bad day stays a bad day.
You may be ready for deeper coaching if…
You feel disconnected from yourself despite a full life.
You keep postponing decisions that matter to you.
You are entering a new life stage and want clarity about what comes next.
You want to set boundaries without constantly second-guessing yourself.
You want consistent space for honest reflection and intentional action.
You've tried to change before, and it didn't stick.
What people remember
Years later, the impact they describe is still confidence, clarity and guidance.
These reflections come from people Nammitta has taught, mentored and guided over the years. They are shared as evidence of her long-standing mentoring impact, not as claims of paid coaching outcomes.

Questions you may be carrying.
No. A Discovery Call is designed to understand where you are, what feels unclear or difficult, and what kind of support may be appropriate. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.
No. Coaching is a collaborative personal-development process focused on reflection, clarity, goals, choices and action. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice or financial advice.
You do not need to decide alone. The Discovery Call can help identify whether a focused session, four-session package, flagship eight-session journey or another format makes the most sense for your needs.
No specific outcome can be guaranteed. Coaching works best when the client participates openly, reflects honestly and takes responsibility for decisions and actions.
